Digital TV Converter Box
If you do not have an HDTV or a standard definition TV with a digital tuner then you will need a digital TV converter box to view the new digital TV signals on your TV. A set top box can be purchased for around $50.00 at local retail stores.
Remember, these set top box converters are to be used with older style analog TV’s. These set top box converters will display standard definition pictures and not High definition pictures. Residents, who already have an HDTV with a built in digital tuner, will not have to obtain a set top box converter for that TV. Any TV purchased after July of 2007, will already have a built in digital tuner.
